His pricing and consulting experience includes capital equipment, distribution, electronics, software, industrial, manufacturing, non-profits and commercial services, to a wide variety of businesses and industries.
Dick was an early proponent of pricing strategy within the Emerson (EMR) group of companies, where he presented and implemented three to five year pricing plans to Emerson's COO and senior executives achieving significant price realization and profit improvement.

Dick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and mathematics from the City University of New York.
